PacDie Prepares for Growth with New Property Expansion

PacDie has recently completed the purchase of the building it operates from and acquired an adjacent vacant lot as the company prepares to double its business over the next five years. Known for its nearly 50-year partnership supplying parts used in commercial trucks, PacDie has expanded its reach under the ownership of Khiem Hoang and Elizabeth Gubrud-Howe since 2020.

Hoang, overseeing engineering, design, and customer collaboration, highlights the company’s growth into light assembly, prototyping, machining, and more complex, high-precision work. With approximately 50 employees in Vancouver, WA, PacDie serves diverse industries including automotive, industrial, medical, and consumer sectors.

President Elizabeth Gubrud-Howe emphasizes that the property acquisition represents a strong commitment to American manufacturing. “The best parts in the world can and should be made right here at home,” she states. The newly acquired adjacent lot offers significant potential for future expansion, reflecting PacDie’s focus on hard work, quality, and sustained growth.
